Ryan Radchenko
President & Senior Environmental Scientist

Ryan is a graduate from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Conservation Sciences, majoring in Land Reclamation, as well as a Diploma with Honours from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Forest Technology. As President of Gen7 Environmental Solutions, Ryan leads the leadership team with a decade of diverse experience within environmental science centered on project planning and management in environmental remediation, reclamation, and spill response along with other various projects related to biology, forestry, and land management.

Ryan’s management strengths include active and efficient communication that allow clients to make informed decisions in regards to their company’s explicit needs. This is achieved by the delivery of project scopes and mitigation plans specific to each and every project not only at the beginning of the project, but during completion as well. The delivery of custom designed action plans to clients, as well as to regulators on behalf of clients if required, allows Gen7 Environmental Solutions to communicate the schedule of events related to the task at hand. This allows for a smooth transition in order to obtain approval to proceed with various projects.

Larry Bonsan

Larry Bonsan

Larry holds extensive environmental technical certifications and has over 20 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry with over 13 years of experience as an environmental consultant. This experience is centered on spill response, site remediation, and drilling waste management projects. He specializes in completing the work in an efficient manner to produce cost‐effective solutions to environmental challenges.

Larry works diligently within accelerated timelines to produce solutions while supervising and/or managing projects simultaneously. He is capable of grouping similar client projects to reduce the cost and timelines for completing specific projects. Larry has developed a reputation with both clients and regulators for being among the top performers in completing complex clean‐ups and technically challenging site work efficiently, and effectively.

Kerri Widenmaier

Kerri Widenmaier
Senior Biologist

Kerri has a Masters in Environmental Design (Environmental Science) from the University of Calgary, and is a certified professional biologist in Alberta. Kerri has nine years’ experience working in the environmental science and regulatory fields, including a variety of biological and environmental science projects for industry, federal and provincial governments, and not‐for‐profit organizations. Kerri’s technical expertise includes scientific study design, implementation and interpretation; wildlife inventories, monitoring and management; natural resource management planning; reclamation assessments, planning and management; vegetation identification and plant community classification; soil interpretation and assessments; and advanced geographic information system / spatial analysis. She has full sign‐off authority for wildlife management plans, Phase 1 and 2 environmental site assessments, remediation and confirmatory sampling, and reclamation detailed site assessments.

Colin Campbell

Colin Campbell
Senior Field Environmental Monitor

Colin is a professional forester with over 30 years of experience within the environmental industry. His diverse background includes extensive experience as a technical advisor for federal, municipal, and provincial governments in both engineering and environmental firms within the forestry and oil & gas sectors. His experience includes project management, safety consulting, internal auditing, and operational team leadership within Canadian Forestlands operations. He is capable of developing and implementing strategic and operational plans for forestland operations and environmental monitoring of large scale oil and gas projects to ensure appropriate operations and compliance with federal and provincial regulators.
