Rick has over 25 years of international experience in the oil and gas sector. He specializes with ground disturbance and environmental monitoring for large scale oil and gas projects within the industry. His strong knowledge base and practical experience with heavy equipment allows him to accurately provide clients with sound direction, knowledge, and compliance information.

Scarlett Dixon

Scarlett Dixon
Intermediate Environmental Consultant

Scarlett has over 8 years of experience within environmental science since graduating from The University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology. Her focus within the environmental consulting field centers on technical reporting for Phase 1, 2 and 3’s Environmental Site Assessments as well as spill response and remedial administrative support and reporting. Her analysis of field results provides clients with sound judgment and cost effective reclamation and remediation.

Atlee Sterling

Atlee Sterling
Intermediate Environmental Technician

Atlee has over 5 years environmental service experience in the oil and gas industry. As a graduate of Lakeland College with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree with a major in reclamation remediation, he has the educational and technical background to complete Phase I, II, and III assessments, culvert installations, soil assessments, drilling waste management, land reclamation and remediation project planning and management for oil and gas facilities. Atlee is currently a site supervisor and working towards a Registered Agrology Technician designation.

In addition, Gen7 Environmental Solutions Ltd. has a strong team of office and admin staff and skilled general labour crew to complement those aspects of our work.
